Cannabis Legalization 2016!

This years Cannabis Legalization is here! With the 2016 elections over, we find ourselves with a list of new legal states. Probably the biggest of which is California. California makes up more than 1/10th of our population and has a huge influence over the country as a whole. Cannabis Legalization won here by a vote of 4,911,739 Yes to 3,854,453 No. This shows a huge change in attitude since the last time Cannabis legalization was voted on in California. This could be the grain of salt that brings the whole War on Cannabis to a crumbling defeat. With Proposition 64 we will see a lot of new regulations to the California industry and some are less happy about this than others. I can see both sides of this and understand what it means to each, but I also see the great impact this will have on our industry as a whole. We should begin seeing the tides turn towards federal legalization much quicker now than ever before! Other states to legalize today include Nevada, Maine, Massachusetts. This is bringing legalization further east and creating a larger influence in our favor with states that have only considered legalizing CBD and other marijuana and hemp derivatives. Possibly as important as all of this is that Florida OK'ed legalization of Medical Marijuana moving the south east closer to legalizing it further. This plus recent advancements to the Hemp industry in states like North Carolina we really are seeing the national shift move in our favor. Cannabis legalization is what Califari is all about and moving this industry and our freedom forward is our mission!

Here is a quick rundown of states that have legalized Cannabis only for medical use: Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Arizona, New Mexico, Arkansas, Louisiana and Florida. Here are the states that have legalized recreational cannabis: Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Colorado, Alaska, Massachusetts Lets hope for a few more to join us next year!
